Our Process -The 5 Step Plan
We take our service to Independent Funeral Directors seriously as we do our Associate Membership of the Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors and NAFD Member Supplier status. We have a clear process in place to ensure your project runs smoothly and successfully.
Step 1We'll take you through a series of questions about the project and you provide information, documents and images for your website.
Step 2Background research work, where we review what we've discussed, look over any reference material you provided, and formulate a list of any additional questions we may need to ask about your services and your target audience before framing the website.
Step 3The creation of the first draft, which we submit to you within 5-10 days, depending on project material.
Step 4Step Four is your input. You review the submitted work and make note of any tweaks or changes. We will review your feedback with you to ensure a good understanding.
This final step is for revisions. We make any revisions and submit the final website to you. Once you're entirely happy we transfer your website to our live server and publish.
The 5 Step Plan ensures a successful production cycle, it is however simply the beginning of our long term business relationship whereby we provide the very best in customer service without hidden costs. We have delivered this service to existing clients for many years.
Funeral Director Websites will go onto manage and maintain your website following industry best practices which include regular cloud based back-ups of your website and updates to software when required. We will review performance of your website and are happy to make text and image updates to existing pages and to discuss further development plans that might arise.
